Review: Current/Elliott Distressed Skinny
It’s been almost four years since I bought a pair of designer jeans in person with one exception - a pair of J Brand Lovestory jeans that Nordstrom had marked down to $90 when they were transitioning the brand from TBD to Savvy (major score). As of a little over a week ago, my streak is over…I made an impulse purchase.

I’ve always enjoyed creating hybrid styles from my wardrobe, but lately I’ve been taking it to more of an extreme. Instead of meshing looks that complement one another like preppy-glam, I’ve been drawn to opposites like the un-interview-worthy outfit below.

DIY: Belt to Bondage Anklets
It’s been a little while since my last DIY, but I’ve been storming up some ideas over the past few weeks and am excited to share the latest. This one involves transforming a Forever 21 belt into studded, borderline bondage, ankle cuffs.

I wasn’t necessarily trying to accomplish a specific style, but I think I was subconsciously channeling Balmain. I’ve also been looking for a reason to wear my gladiator wedges again.
