T-Mobile Sidekick LX Social Club Event
Earlier this week I was in New York City for the T-Mobile Sidekick LX media event, aka Social Club. Though it was my work colleagues who brought me there to help out (thx Shel and Jax!), the event has to be one of my favorite highlights of 2009 – my career in PR and my life as a fashion blogger came together in a real world setting for the first time.
Several of my NY blogger friends attended including Wendy of Nitrolicious, Sarah A. of Pop17, Dina of Eye4Style, Carolyn of The Daily Obsession, Sarah C. of StyleIT, Lauren of Lifestyler Mag, Beka of reLYME, Julia of Fashion Pulse Daily, Tiffany of SixSixSick, Deanne of Dream Sequins and Gauri of The Gloss Box.

It’s exciting to see cool technology brands like T-Mobile embracing the fashion blogosphere, especially since the new Sidekick LX is an awesome device for these stylish social-media-ites. The Sidekick was actually one of the first fashion designer-tech collaborations I can recall with the limited edition Diane Von Furstenberg and Juicy Couture devices – both of which, were displayed on the Sidekick history wall.

For the event, I wore a satiny blue high-neck dress from The Limited (only $39.99 on sale) with sheer black AA tights and mint green Pour La Victoire Paige pumps. Wendy rocked an Alexander Wang sweater with leggings and an amazing pair of Topshop boots (so jealous).
