I think it would be cool, especially if you just did the outer shell black part (if possible) and then you could have more color choices to wear under it. I say go for it!

Chiming in a bit late here, but I think you should definitely go for it. If you can find a cheap black dress or if you have one already, I think it’s worth a try!

I was reading all of the “do it” responses followed by Sara’s comment. Haha. I wouldn’t do it with the neon. I’m not sure about it at all but I have no doubt you can pull it off.
