Clutch Look: Craving Structure & Lace
As I’m wrapping up the rest of my New York Fashion Week coverage with pretty bows, I wanted to share a quick outfit post to keep things flowing. I got to spend time with Geri from Because I’m Addicted during fashion week and was completely inspired by a vintage lace blazer she sported with shoulder pads! Talk about modernizing the 80′s, this girl knows how to find amazing pieces!

IFB Dress Up Soiree @ NYFW SS10
One of the most anticipated happenings by fashion bloggers and our supporters at New York Fashion Week (as confirmed by the LA Times), was the Independent Fashion Bloggers Dress Up Soiree and Evolving Influence Panel. I had the privilege of working closely with IFB founder, Jennine Tamm (also from The Coveted), on the planning and execution of the event. What fun! Vivienne Tam blew me away again with her spring 2010 presentation. She basically found a way to blend some of my favorite styles together ranging from boho tech to flirtacious glam. On top of that, she debuted the 2nd generation HP mini digital clutch during the presentation…and even though I already have one from last season, I wannnnt it (brilliant marketing)! Ha!

As a sucker for the standout pieces in every collection, it’s no surprise the look above Read the rest of this entry »
Teaser: The Ugly Side of NYFW
A little sample of an honest, personal post in the works. Personally, I put relationships and reputation before runway crashing and swagbag pan-handling…more to come.
