Wendy Brandes Jewelry Events Next Week!
If you’re in NYC, you have to check out the Wendy Brandes Jewelry sample sale next Friday and Saturday. I’ve been drooling over her pieces for so long, it’s time for me to finally indulge next week! So thrilled! Maybe you could drop a note to your boyfriend or husband too…her pieces are definitely on my holiday must list.
The sale runs noon to 8pm on both days at 48 Greenwich Avenue (near Perry Street).
As if Wendy didn’t already have her hands full with the sample sale, she’s also going to be showcased next Thursday, Nov. 19, at Zang Toi’s House of Toi Holiday Sale & Cocktail Party from noon to 8pm at 30 W 57th Street (7th floor).
By the way, talk about drool worthy…playing with your minda little at the same time, look at her latest piece! It’s called the Chicken in Egg Locket and has been a concept she’s been working on since finding inspiration on a trip Copenhagen in July 2007. So far, she’s only made one, so if you’re looking for a unique and witty luxury piece, it can be yours for $9500. I haven’t fallen in love with jewelry in awhile, well accept for when I walk by the sparkly diamonds in the Tiffany’s window! But I am absolutely in love with the egg necklace. What a fantastic design Wendy! These are the times that I wish I lived in NYC!
